48 Lifecycle

The project aimed to refresh and improve the onboarding emails, making them more engaging and effective. A big focus was adding CTAs right at the top, so customers could take action quickly without scrolling. From there, I developed a complete iconography approach for the 48 brand, creating a full icon library and designing custom email modules to fit perfectly into the brand’s world.
